Reporting Period: January – March 2025
This report provides an overview of the Token Engineering Commons (TEC) progress toward milestones outlined in the funding proposal for January–June 2025. It includes updates on each program area, plans for Q2, and a summary of financials for Q1.
1. Knowledge Sharing Program

- Q2 Plans: Continue weekly aggregation to meet the 100-resource milestone by the end of June.

- Q2 Plans: Finalize foundational work for fundraising strategy and actively apply to recurring grant programs. Begin receiving OP RPGF6 funds.

Outlook for Q2
Expected Inflows:
- Begin streaming OP RPGF6 funds (15,599 OP tokens).
- Receive Gitcoin matching funds for the Token Engineering Superchain Retro Round ($21,000 USD).
- Receive GG23 OSS Round funding (amount pending confirmation).
Expected Outflows:
- Distribute $40,000 USD in grantee payouts for the Token Engineering Superchain Retro Round.
- Complete the final payment for the TQF Integration project ($1500).
Conclusion
Q1 marked a strong foundational phase for the TEC’s 2025 initiatives. Several key programs moved from planning to execution, and important integrations such as TQF into Gitcoin’s calculator exceeded initial targets.
Q2 will focus on accelerating delivery across milestones, strengthening TEC’s community infrastructure, and continue working towards financial sustainability.
