For platforms that can be accessed by logging in through Dashlane
(Twitter, Website, Google/Gmail, Youtube, Hubspot, Medium, LinkedIn)
- The lead admin of the platform will notify the Credentials Managers (Zep, Ivy, Chuy) when a contributor is no longer needed in the platform. The Credentials Manager will revoke their access through Dashlane; OR
- The Credentials Managers will reach out to lead admins of the platforms every credentials audit and ask for updates on active and inactive contributors. Then they will revoke access from inactive ones.
For platforms that can be accessed by assigning roles inside the platform
(Tweetdeck, Youtube, Discord, Gitbook, Forum, Snapshot, Boardroom, Telegram, Onboarding data, Github, Hubspot, Medium)
- The lead admin of the platform can revoke access by themselves when the contributor is no longer needed in the platform. Afterward, they should notify the Transparency WG for documentation purposes.
- The Transparency WG will reach out to lead admins of the platforms every credential audit and ask for updates on active and inactive contributors so they can update the documentation.
The platform admin(s) will be responsible for the communications
