I’d like to formally request that the full list of TEC-associated multisigs with remaining funds be made public, along with their current balances.
This information was not included in the H2 2025 Strategic Proposal nor in the Sunsetting the TEC Proposal, yet it is critical for both coordination and accountability; and for the first step of either: the return of unused funds to the common pool.
To my knowledge, @bear100 maintained a CSV of the multisigs and their signers as of last month. I request that this document, or its up-to-date equivalent, be shared in this thread.
Below is what I’ve gathered so far. Please help confirm and complete the list:
If these addresses or balances are incorrect, please provide corrected versions and links.
Transparency here is essential for any future vote—whether we move forward with sunset, restructuring, or continued operations.
Thanks in advance.
(update 1: added significant addresses thanks to Bear’s help).
(update 2: further updates on significant addresses).
(update 3,4: looked at how Giveth donations work, they were incorrectly accounted for in Q1 2025)
Can I ask request those funds be sent to a multisig by the Coordination Team, and not continued to be kept in any EOA? Sending to the Coordination Team multisig should take no time, and not prove any significant operational in the way of proposals. @natesuits@bear100@Moni_boohoo
We’ve always been transparent—our Q1 financial report breaks out balances across every account, and you can verify each line item anytime. I’ve now added direct links to all sources that were missing previously.
For security reasons I won’t share the multisig spreadsheet publicly, since it associates people’s names with each multisig, but the coordination team has access and can confirm any detail upon request privately.
As for the OPRPGF funds, they’re held in an EOA subject to KYC restrictions, so it can’t be changed into a multisig at this time. That funding stream remains active through September, but these resources belong to the TEC, and any decisions about their allocation will be followed along, as we’ve always done.
I still believe transferring from the EOA to the multisig to be an urgent matter as soon as operationally possible. Not because of malicious internal actors, but external ones
@bear100 I just looked at the Giveth profile page. It looks like on half of our chains, the donations are pointing to an EOA: 0x6868738d8E1E38E4bD2EB601262453D626D9648c. In the second half, donations point to the TEC-GG multisig.
We should find out who owns that EOA, and return the funds to DAO custody
I know who that person is—they’re a trusted member and part of the TECAN multisig. This was agreed upon by the TECAN group at the time to simplify logistics. The second half of the transaction points to the TECAN multisig, not the TEC-GG multisig.
I agree it would be good to access those funds soon. Since they’ve been safely held and the TEC hasn’t had an immediate need for them, we haven’t prioritized moving forward with the logistics yet.
