Spotlight: Centree
Comms
- Continuation of our Creative Onboarding campaign to welcome artists and integrate them into our workflow seamlessly by minimizing the Web3 learning curve
- Working on a framework for bounties and Comms-related project management
- Post-Commons Upgrade manifesto will soon be unveiled!
Commons Swarm
- New EVM-Crispr front-end!
- To prevent website downtime, Commons Stack has created several (redundant) sites for the management of our DAO: here, here, and here
Communitas
- We are still working on improving the onboarding journey, making it more accessible for everyone. If you have any feedback on how we can improve, contact @eduardovegap on Discord
- As such, Vyvy-vi is helping us develop an onboarding Bot to facilitate the introductory journey
- Forum Highlight: Our Orientation Call is Wednesdays at 18:00 CET on the Community Hall VC; and our TEC Lounge is Fridays at 17:00 CET also on the Community Hall VC
Gravity
- The fourth session of our 2nd Graviton Training concerned Nonviolent Communication and was hosted by David Danforth; our fifth session will discuss Human Resources in DAOs and will be hosted by Lorelei Loie (On Tuesday Oct. 19)
- Once again, our Nonviolent Communication (NVC) bookclub took place on Thursday in the DAO Bookclub server; it centered around Nonviolent Communication: A Language of Life by Marshall B. Rosenberg

- Finished the current draft of terms and conditions for the ABC

- Started a series on Ethical Decision-making frameworks with Mount Manu’s presentation on the Capability Approach as a framework to evaluate an individual’s freedom to pursue well-being
- On our next sync call Durgadas will host a presentation about contextualizing the Cynefin framework for Token Engineering
- Forum Highlight: Our WG sync calls are now weekly: the next one will be this Wednesday Oct. 20th at 20:00 CET in the Omega VC
Params
- Ongoing design validation of the Commons Configuration Dashboard (CCD)
- We had a beta-testing Param party

Soft Gov
- Our Rewards System task force is still working on our Praise-giving infrastructure
- As mentioned last weed, here is a forum post outlining our Rewards System process; discussion around the rules surrounding Praise is ongoing
- We updated our proposal template for Snapshot (and we now require at least 1 TECH for proposal submission as a means to prevent spam)

Stewards

Transparency
- Ongoing discussion about updating our audit process, incorporating analytics, and creating a transparency report for all WGs (as opposed to doing individual reporting)
- Forum Highlight: Our WG’s bi-weekly sync calls are on Mondays at 15:00 CET
