Community calls are now biweekly. So, here is a summary of what has been going on in the TEC for the past 2 weeks.

Stewards
Stewards: Tamara, Nate
Weekly Sync: Tuesday, 1PM EST/7PM CET
- We are on sprint #39. Here is the sprint board where you can see what issues we are working on.
- On the Stewards Council we talked about Burnout and what we can do about it.
- We are developing a TEC Roadmap.
- Edu is going to be training new leadership for communitas as we transform into new a steward organization.

Gravity

The Third Graviton Training has finished!. By now, we have trained over 80 gravitons
- Join us on Mondays for observational research on psychology and wellbeing. We are currently working on a survey to measure wellbeing and mental health.
- On Tuesday we are going to have a graviton get together.
- On Thursday we’ll talk about Burnout in Aragon.
- Last Friday we had Campfire in Aragon where we talked about conflict management skills and tools.
- We are currently drafting the 2nd proposal that we will submit to TEC.
- We also have a project on Giveth, and that means we can recieve donations from Giveth!
- If you’re in need of help managing a conflict, you can make a request through our typeform
Soft Gov

- We are exploring a community content curation service

Rewards

- Rewards for May 2022 are incoming. Check the forum post and the RAD analysis
- The distribution of Sourcred Rewards will be happening soon
- Open call for data scientists and python wyzards. We are going to make some changes to the quantification review calls.
- We have some features in development for Praise:
- Exporting Praise Data to distributed storage (IPFS, Arweave…)
- Basic Analaytics and Distribution baked into Praise Dashboard
- We encourage you to become a quantifier: it is a civic duty within our Commons.
- Remember that anyone can become a praise-giver by typing the command /activate on any channel within our Discord server.
