Hello everyone!

Super excited to join this group. Are familiar with Sociocracy 3.0? It’s a version of sociocracy that implements lean, agile, scrum and similar concepts. S3 is built on 7 principles: Effectiveness, Accountability, Empiricism, Continuous Improvement, Consent, Transparency and Equivalence.
It is a pattern-based approach that provides helpful templates. Patterns are modular and adaptable, can be used independently, and are mutually reinforcing, complementing one another when used in combination. Sound a lot to what you guys are doing This could potentially save the group some time when coming up with best practices so I wanted to share.

I would love to hear the group’s opinion on this topic.
