The Legal Working Group aims to design and execute a coherent legal strategy for the TE Commons Hatch, bonding curve mints and burns and proposal distribution. Additionally, we research other legal strategies or pertinent smart contracts that similar projects are doing. We also help with mapping/identifying the common must-have docs for TE activities (TEbook, TEacademy) prior to the Hatch to ensure consistency and coherency.

Can someone share a direct link to the amazing Hatch legal document that the Legal Working Group produced?

I know that it is usually available at https://hatch.tecommons.org/

But right now, the above web page is not loading for me, it says 'Syncing Data… :pray: ’
